Love your fava bean salad. It's a well balanced dish, yet still so tasty. I love Trader Joe, it's inexpensive compared to other organic grocery stores. I love their soyrizo, it gave me the idea of making my own. Anyways, check out my bean salad version at http://www.phamfatale.com/id_239/title_Red-Bean-Salad-served-with-a-Spicy-Cilantro-Vinaigrette/

Hi Jackie. Thanks for the comment. I love your idea of a cilantro vinaigrette, and I really like your blog. I'm going to try your homemade butter recipe. I can't believe I've never thought of that before!

This looks like an interesting combination. I am looking for ways to do more with beans.
